Hello. I am from Heysham which is very near Cumbria. I notice that there are many references in the guest book to Barrow-In-Furness and that is where my Father is from. I have some background to this part of the family and I will be happy to share it if anyone wishes to make contact.

I was linked to the Armer site during a namesearch, and noticed a request for information on William Tell Flukinger, son of John and Ann Armer Flukinger, my great-grandparents. My grandfather Ross, son of WTF, had a son, my father, who is also named William Tell Flukinger. My son John William Flukinger and I will enjoy exploring this site. Thanks!

Great idea. I live in australia but was born in new zealand. I belive my parent are of welsh decent, not sure if there is any connection.I will update when i get more information from other members of the family in new zealand. Keep up the good work!!

My dad has been trying to research the Armer family off and on for many years. Since I have very little family left I thought I would pick up the search on my own for my kids. I was so excited to find your site. All I know for sure is my grandfather\'s family lived in southern Missouri when he was a boy (early 1900\'s).
